If you do not have an account, please email contact@earthcareseeds.com and include the Order Reference.

A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you or sent to your physical address to return the items.

Earthcare Seeds Guarantees to the Best of our Ability:

1: The seeds we promote are sourced, wild-crafted to conservation standards, naturally grown or organic, open-pollinated, and heirloom, and do not knowingly contain Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) or Genetically Engineered (GE) seeds.

2: The seeds have been tested for germination, inspected for viability, and good faith placed in the seed's source.

3: That the seed sold is of high quality and described on the container within recognized tolerances within the trade as required under State and Federal Seed Laws.

4: We cannot guarantee the establishment of plants due to various factors over which we have no control.

5: We make no other guarantees, express or implied, and no liability hereunder shall be asserted unless the buyer or user reports to Earthcare Seeds within a reasonable period of time (not to exceed 90 days of receipt of seed) any conditions that might lead to a complaint.
