Heirloom upright spinach with large crinkly leaves. Heavy producer of full-flavored spinach with a slightly ‘nutty’ taste. Fast-growing, slow to bolt, and simply a great all-around spinach to grow. It can be eaten raw or cooked and is suitable for freezing.
