Growers can harvest these bright red, globe-shaped tomatoes weighing 10 to 12 ounces each throughout the growing season—the perfect sized tomato for hamburger buns, sandwiches, or salads.

Big Beef tomatoes are early to mature and are ready to harvest within 70 – 75 days. The plants will grow up to seven feet high and will require support.
