Fast-growing 25–40 days. It prefers cooler weather and is frost tolerant but will tolerate heat and is slow to bolt when the weather gets hot.
Sow successively every seven to ten days from early spring to early summer, and again from late summer through fall. It can be grown in containers indoors.
