Earthcare Seeds Guarantees to the Best of our Ability:
1: The seeds we promote are sourced; wild-crafted to conservation standards, naturally grown or organic, open pollinated and/or heirloom, and do not knowingly contain Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO) or Genetically Engineered (GE) seeds.
2: The seeds have been tested for germination, inspected for viability, and good faith placed in the source of the seed.
3: That the seed sold is of high quality, and as described on the container within recognized tolerances within the trade as required under State and Federal Seed Laws.
4: We cannot guarantee establishment of plants due to various factors over which we have no control.
5: We make no other guarantees, express or implied, and no liability hereunder shall be asserted unless the buyer or user reports to Earthcare Seeds within a reasonable period of time (not to exceed 30 days of receipt of seed) any conditions that might lead to a complaint.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the seed only. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us for exceptional customer support.
