Borage

Reference:
Borago officinalis
1 Review

A wonderful herb for any garden. The blue flowers are edible and have a delicate cucumber taste—a beneficial companion for other plants and great for compost. The roots provide Nitrogen to the soil. Grows in all zones as a self-seeding annual.

Well, wrong time to plant it. I love the plant just for the blue flowers. I keep saying I'm going to try it in teas after finding it is mixed in Earl Grey.
